Features
Circuit design configured with 12AT7 / 6SN7 for amplification and 6SN7 (cathode follower) for the driver stage to powerfully drive the large-scaled transmitter 211 valves.
These circuits are independently powered by grand scale, low ripple and low impedance power supply sections supporting high purity amplification stages.
Enormous output transformers, that are intended to resist core saturation, and extend low frequency response.
Power Supply Circuit
Powerful and high grade power supply section with high grade German made Mundorf capacitors and choke coils.
Full-wave bridge rectifier using GZ34/5AR4 rectifier valves.
There are total of 4 different power supply voltages: -200V for Bias, +200V for the Cascode mode input and cathode follower valves, +450V for the driver valves, and +920V for the output valves.
The 211 heather circuits are mounted with large capacitors (47,000uF x 2) to minimize ripple elements while residual noise level could be attained quite low thanks to employing hum balance circuits.
High Grade Parts
The amplifier is meticulously constructed using the point to point method for componentry construction, to achieve the ultimate musical output. All components we use are of the highest quality. Audio grade 2 watt resistors, paper in oil coupling capacitors (in the signal path), and high quality capacitors for the power supply.
Output transformer handles output impedance of 4, 8 and 16 Ω. The setting is preset for 8 Ω speaker impedance , but can be factory configured for 4 or 16 Ω.
Output Transformers
Super high quality, MASSIVE output transformers for single-ended circuits exclusively. All primary impedances are calculated for Class A, Single Ended operation, with the main consideration given to maximum dynamic power transfer ability and minimum distortion.
Output transformers are Hand Made In House, with precision and accuracy, to ensure the best quality, and audio response. They are the results of years of research, experiments, music listening, and very hard work.
